Terms of Service
Last updated 15 July 2026 · Effective 15 July 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Bolrach Technologies Limited, which operates Akewe. By using Akewe you agree to them, to our Acceptable Use Policy, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Accepting these terms
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use Akewe. You must be old enough to hold an account in your country. If you use Akewe on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Your account
You sign in through auth.ng. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your access secure. Tell us promptly if you think someone else is using it. One person or organisation may not run an account to impersonate someone else.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the videos, thumbnails, and other content you upload. You are responsible for it, and you confirm you have the rights you need to post it and to grant the licence below. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.
4. The licence you give us
So that Akewe can actually work, when you upload content you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for delivery (for example, transcoding to different quality levels), display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. This licence ends when you remove the content or close your account, except for copies already shared by others, backup copies kept for a reasonable period, and where the law requires us to retain it.
5. Rules for using Akewe
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Community Guidelines. In short: no illegal content, no harassment or hate, no spam, no infringing other people's rights, and nothing that puts people, especially minors, at risk.
6. Monetization
If you take part in monetization, additional terms may apply, including eligibility requirements and payout rules. You must comply with those and with applicable tax law. We may pause or withhold payouts where we reasonably suspect fraud, policy breaches, or invalid activity, and we will tell you why where we can. Details of how monetization works are in your creator settings and our help centre.
7. Our intellectual property
Akewe, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by Bolrach Technologies Limited and protected by law. These terms do not give you any right to use our brand except as needed to use the service normally.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Akewe and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access, or remove content, if you break these terms or the policies they reference, if we must to comply with the law, or to protect users and the service. Where it is reasonable and lawful to do so, we will give you notice and a chance to put things right.
9. Disclaimers
Akewe is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running well, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Content on Akewe is created by users and does not represent our views.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Akewe and Bolrach Technologies Limited are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Bolrach Technologies Limited's place of operation, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Akewe changes. When we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the product. If you keep using Akewe after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
